The A.B.C. Murders

A series of gruesome murders shakes the city, and the killer chooses his victims according to... the alphabet. The incomparable detective Hercule Poirot enters the scene. Before each crime, an unknown person sends him a letter indicating where and when blood will be spilled. However, despite the warnings, the police and Poirot fail to prevent the tragedy every time. The chain of evidence leads to the likely killer — an unassuming traveling salesman of stockings, Alexander Cust. But suddenly, the alphabetical scheme fails, and Poirot realizes: the real killer is someone else...
