Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damage and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, after we accept your return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will contact you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process your request and refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@ukrainian-pages.com.
