How do I use an E-Gift Card that was gifted to me?
1. After you receive an email with the gift card at the email address provided during purchase, click the «View gift card» («Переглянути подарункову картку») button. A separate window will open in your browser, where you will see the back of the gift card displaying a unique code.
2. Click on the code to copy it, or click the «Copy gift card code» («Скопіювати код подарункової картки») button.
3. Now you can go to the Ukrainian Pages website by clicking the «Visit Bookstore» («Перейти до книгарні») button, or in any other way convenient for you.
4. Select and add your desired books to the shopping cart. During checkout, in the «Discount code or gift card» field, paste the gift card code you copied earlier. If your order total is less than the gift card balance, don't worry, you will be able to use the remaining funds for future orders.
How do I check the remaining balance on my gift card?
To check the remaining balance on the card, find the gift card email in your inbox and click the «View gift card» («Переглянути подарункову картку») button. The available balance will automatically update after each use.
Will I receive a purchase confirmation email for the gift card?
Absolutely, you will receive a purchase confirmation email for the gift card, regardless of the final recipient of the card.
What happens if only part of the funds on the gift card is used?
Any remaining funds on your gift card can be used on future orders, following the same process as your initial purchase. The available balance will automatically update after each use.
