Vovkun. Duology

A romantic Carpathian fantasy duology in which Ukrainian mythology comes alive amid mist-shrouded forests, ancient family secrets, and dangerous love. Here, a wolf’s nature may lurk beneath a human appearance, and feelings can bring people together — or place them on opposing sides of a conflict.

Vovkun. Part 1
Lelia is far from happy about moving from the capital to a small Carpathian town. An unfamiliar school, gloomy abandoned houses, and eccentric locals only deepen her sense of not belonging. Soon, however, the ordinary challenges of settling in give way to an unsettling feeling: something is hiding in the surrounding forests, and it has already noticed her arrival.
The greatest mystery of all is Siryi — a withdrawn boy with a piercing gaze and unexplained scars. Their relationship is full of contradictions: hostility gives way to attraction, while beneath their mutual pull lies a connection to something ancient and unfathomable. Gradually, Lelia discovers another side of the Carpathians, where legends of werewolves are more than mere stories. Now she must decide whether to flee this world or answer its call.

Vovkunya. Part 2
Awakening as a werewolf, Lelia gains not only new abilities but also a place in an age-old conflict. After a series of brutal murders, fear grips the town, and hunters head into the mountains, slaughtering wolves. Yet the threat posed by humans is only part of the danger.
Hostility is growing between the Midnighters, the pack to which Siryi belongs, and the Lunars — her mother’s ancestral clan. Having freed themselves from years of domination by a molfar, the Lunars seek to regain their former strength. The Midnighters, meanwhile, have no intention of submitting to a new order. As an outside enemy draws closer, internal divisions threaten to shatter the fragile balance. Lelia finds herself caught between the two sides, and peace in the Carpathians could collapse at any moment.
