«Ukraine Has a Woman's Face» is a collection of essays that tells the stories of women who have made significant contributions to the development of Ukraine.
The book is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, but it is not limited to this date. It tells the stories of women from various fields of science and culture who have achieved incredible heights in their careers.
The 30 heroines of the collection represent 30 spheres of human activity. Among them are historians, scientists, athletes, musicians, actresses, writers, doctors, and many others.
The author of the collection emphasizes that she did not want to include representatives of business, "wives and daughters," and politicians in the book. She believes that these women deserve separate studies.
