The Politics of Memory

«Politics of Memory» is a poetic diary by Kolos that brings together poems written from the first months of the pandemic to the last months of 2024, during his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This collection is a deep immersion into a world of experiences. It's about memory, the piercing beginning of the full-scale war, and the melancholy twilight of the last summer evenings. It's about hope, the tenderness of first love, and the sincere laughter of comrades-in-arms. It's about the despair of loss and the cry of life, with which a child appears in a city in the northwest of the country, changing everything. It's about the weight of words and the relentless passage of time.
