The Green Mile

Paul Edgecombe, a warden in the death row of Cold Mountain Prison, keeps a diary during 1932, where he describes his memories of John Coffey, an unusual convict awaiting execution for the murder of two little girls.
John Coffey has a supernatural gift of healing, thanks to which he helps many people, including Paul himself. However, despite his good nature and amazing abilities, John is doomed to die.
