State of War

The foreword to this anthology was written by the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
The publication was curated by Yevheniya Lopata and Andriy Lyubka.

This collection features 35 texts from prominent Ukrainian writers and intellectuals. Each piece immerses the reader in the difficult truth of modern warfare, as we believe in the boundless power of truth. We aim to honor the memory and experiences of those who endured the first year of this war, doing everything possible to ensure it is not forgotten. Our hope is that future generations, upon reading this book, will understand that war is a terrible ordeal for humanity, but there comes a time when defending one's home becomes a duty.
