King Danylo's Owls

The owls Uhu-Uhu and Tanu-Tanu set off on a long journey, hoping to find a new home. Their path unexpectedly crosses with Prince Danylo’s, and the owls decide to join his retinue to help defend the homes of his people.
As the prince's faithful companions, the birds are never separated from him for a moment. They endure the long journey to the Mongol Khan, who seeks to conquer half the world, and they witness Danylo building mighty fortifications around his cities, only to be forced to destroy them later. Together with the prince, they fly to Kholm, Halych, and Lviv.
But in all these travels, will the owls be able to find what they have lost? What is a real home? Where can you find it? And how can you protect those who have found a home in your heart?
