Happiness Hunters

The book tells the story of life on the frontlines and in the rear during the Russian-Ukrainian war. The author depicts the tragic fates of civilians and military personnel, conveying their emotions, fears, and hopes. Stories of people who remained in de-occupied villages and cities, their attempts to build new lives amid the ruins, their trust in their comrades and strangers, and their simple everyday joys. They seek happiness in simple things: a child's smile, the warmth of human connection, and the ability to feel alive again. The book is dedicated to Maksym «Dali» Kryvtsov, a poet and serviceman who was killed in the war in January 2024.
