Catchpenny

In a world where magic exists in the form of a special phenomenon known as “charm,” there lives Sid Ketchpenni, a former genius thief and now a depressed failure whose life has long since lost its meaning. Everything changes when he is approached with a strange request: to help find a missing girl named Cersei, who has literally vanished — not merely run away or gotten lost, but dissolved into the very fabric of reality. Together with the girl’s mother, Sid descends into a labyrinth of magic, where mirrors serve as portals, and memory, pain, and love become the true forces that drive miracles. In the course of this investigation, he inevitably comes face to face with the underground world of those who manipulate charm, demonic forces from his own past — and even his own double.
