Call Forth a Fox

The West Woods had always been a special place for Roe, steeped in memories of her father. Here, he built a garden, taught his daughters how to be good homesteaders, and told them magical tales of the fey — how to summon them and defend against their magic. After his death, Roe's family fell into poverty, and her mother had to make the difficult decision to leave their home on the edge of the woods. But Roe isn't ready to abandon the forest, and the forest, it seems, isn't ready to let the sisters go.
One day, returning from a hunt, Roe accidentally gets caught between a bear and a fox, interfering in the ancient affairs of the fey and inadvertently trapping her sister, Aerwin. Now their only chance to survive is to overcome the fey's curse, uncover the truth about their own father, and save a precious fox kit from danger.
