Black Sheep

Every family has its skeletons in the closet, but Vesper Wright’s relatives have gone far too far. She fled at eighteen, knowing the community’s cruel rule: if you leave their isolated religious enclave, there is no coming back. Yet a sudden invitation to the wedding of her beloved cousin and her former boyfriend forces Vesper to break that vow. She returns to the family farm, where every corner is steeped in mysticism, strange rituals, and secret signs. But her attempt to reconnect with her family soon turns into a nightmare, as she finds herself on the threshold of a sinister secret and face-to-face with a primal horror that is not so easy to escape.
