Oksana Bula

A well-known Ukrainian artist-illustrator, writer, and designer from Lviv, who gained great popularity due to her original picture books for children. Her works are distinguished by a special watercolor technique, which creates a warm, cozy, and somewhat fairy-tale atmosphere, and focus on stories about forest inhabitants. Oksana Bula is most famous as the author and illustrator of the series of picture books about Tukoni. These books, published by The Old Lion Publishing House, have been successfully translated into more than 12 languages worldwide (including Czech, Vietnamese, Korean, and Greek).

Oksana Bula's books help children understand the themes of nature, friendship, self-discovery, and comfort/coziness.
