The Final Episode (of the war that has been going on for 400 years)

Yevhen Polozhiy is a Ukrainian writer, journalist, and editor-in-chief of magazines. The book «The Final Episode (of the war that has been going on for 400 years)» tells the story of a pastor-evangelist, military chaplain, and father of many children from Mariupol — Grygory Motuz, who does not believe in the attack of Russia. But his doubts disappear with the first shells in Mariupol, which kill people and turn the city into a cemetery. The pastor evacuates his family, parishioners, and military personnel to a children's shelter, and his chaplain's battalion works in the "gray" zones along the entire front line. Motuz's sons, together with their father, fight and save people in this struggle. But in one of the expeditions, Grygory is captured, where he recalls his childhood, tries to find his roots and the truth in the fog of Russian propaganda. The pastor understands that the time has come for the final episode, because the war between Light and Darkness has been going on for much longer than 400 years...
