The Apple of Good News

Vasyl Holoborodko is a Ukrainian poet, translator, essayist, and member of the National Writers' Union of Ukraine. This collection, «The Apple of Good News» features selected poems from almost all of his poetry collections. Despite Soviet censorship and persecution, the poet managed to remain a nonconformist, making a significant contribution to literature. The collection has been awarded several Shevchenko Prizes and has an exceptionally beautiful design that would make a wonderful addition to any book collection.
