Lazarus

Svetlana Tarataryna is a Ukrainian writer, PR manager, and journalist. The novel «Lazarus» is an urban fantasy set in 1913 Kyiv, which at that time was called the Borderlands. This is a city where people and otherworldly creatures coexist peacefully. But one day an event happens that threatens to destroy the fragile peace. A man with a ripped belly is found near Trukhanov Island. The killer is unknown. To investigate this case and prevent a new war, detective Oleksandr Turin is involved, who has his own reasons to avoid Kyiv. The detective finds himself drawn into a confrontation between the forces of good and evil, fighting for domination over the Borderlands. Against the backdrop of dark events, romantic lines also develop, adding emotionality to the story.
