Conversations with Intellectuals

«Conversations with Intellectuals» is a collection of interviews conducted over the course of several decades by Ukrainian writer Anatoliy Dnistrovoy with 23 intellectuals, writers, artists, and scientists. Covering a wide range of topics, from literature and philosophy to politics and social issues, the interviews provide a sociological snapshot of their time, highlighting the questions that were and still are on the agenda: the consolidation of Ukraine's subjectivity, the overcoming of the post-colonial syndrome, and more intensive integration into the world of democracy and global culture.
