Collection: Yevhen Malaniuk

One of the most outstanding figures of Ukrainian literature of the 20th century. Malanyuk was not only a poet, but also a publicist, literary critic, and sotnyk of the Ukrainian People's Republic Army. Initially, his poetry was romantic, later it acquired features of neoclassicism. However, his later works, where he turned to themes of national identity, the history of Ukraine, and the place of man in the world, became the most famous. He is often called the "emperor of iron verses", and his poetry is a true hymn to the Ukrainian nation.
