Yevhen Klopotenko

A true ambassador of Ukrainian cuisine, actively promoting it both in Ukraine and abroad. Through his culinary experiments and exciting projects, he not only cooks delicious food but also tells stories about Ukrainian traditions and ingredients. Yevhen is the co-founder of several popular restaurants in Ukraine, serving dishes based on his original recipes. Klopotenko is actively involved in social activities, including successfully advocating for the inclusion of borscht on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List. He has also developed a program for Ukrainian schools.
