Collection: Maksym Rylsky

One of the most prominent figures in 20th-century Ukrainian literature. Rylsky was not only a poet but also a talented translator, literary critic, and public figure. He studied at Kyiv University, engaged in research, translated world classics, and was an active public figure. His poetry evolved through several stages, from early romanticism to mature philosophical lyricism. He made a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian literature by translating works by world classics (Shakespeare, Goethe, Heine, and others).
