Collection: Hryhorii Chubai
A Ukrainian poet, translator, artist, and art historian, Chubai's life was marked by a relentless pursuit of creativity. Although he attended the Moscow Literary Institute, his most significant work was produced within the underground literary and artistic scene. As a founding member of the samizdat movement, he was instrumental in publishing the magazine «Skrynia». His poetry, which was banned by the Soviet authorities, was circulated clandestinely and has since become a cornerstone of Ukrainian literature.
